Where can we deliver the package to?
Currently, Filters Store only ship to U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska are not included.)
What shipping methods are offered, and what are the respective shipping times?
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. All items are shipped directly from our US warehouses.
The item will be shipped out by FedEx, UPS or USPS, depending on the product size.
Processing time:
Once the payment is received, it will take 1-2 business days for us to prepare the package. We will also notify you via e-mail once the item is sent out.
Shipping time:
The estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days.
About the shipping fee, please refer to the website update.
Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.
